What is the closed beta?
Before the release, 100 people use Daystrand on iPhone and tell us what works. Invitations go out in sign-up order, on the beta page.
Which phones is Daystrand on?
iPhone. An Android version will come later. There is no web version anymore: Daystrand is an app, with its notifications and widgets.
Is it free?
Pills, cycle, mood, notebook, lists, calendar, summary and text messages are free. Nutrition, gym, books, films and shows, media in messages and widgets are part of Daystrand+. The price will be announced at launch.
Does it sync with Health or my watch?
Not yet. You log your data in Daystrand.
Does the app work without a connection?
Yes. Your journal is on your phone. Messages and the backup update when you're back online.

How do I cancel my Daystrand+ subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Daystrand. You can also go to Profile, Daystrand+, Manage my subscription in the app. Access stays on until the end of the paid period.
I changed phones and Daystrand+ isn't active anymore.
In the app, open Profile, Daystrand+, then tap "Restore purchases" with the same Apple account.
How do I get my journal back on a new phone?
Create an account in Settings, Account, on your old phone. On the new one, open Daystrand and tap "Sign in". Everything comes back at once.
I'm not getting my reminders.
Check that notifications for Daystrand are allowed in your iPhone's settings and in the app's Settings, Notifications, then send a test notification.
How do I report or block someone?
In a conversation, tap the person's name, then "Report" or "Block". For a specific message, press and hold it and choose "Report". We review every report within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings, Delete my account and data. Everything is erased from our servers, then from your phone.
What does the AI analysis do with my meal photo?
It is sent to Anthropic to estimate the foods and calories, then it is not kept on our servers. Only the result stays in your journal, on your phone. The details are in the privacy policy.
Where is my data kept?
On your phone, and, for backup and messages, on Cloudflare's servers in eastern North America. The details are in the privacy policy.
