Add a dose

A pill, medication or supplement, with its times and days.

1. In Today or in Tracking › Doses, tap Add a dose.
2. Pick Medication or Supplement, then give it a name, a dose and a form.
3. Pick its color and its times.
4. Say when to take it: every day, some days, a pack with a break, or as needed.
5. Tap Save.

Pack with a break

For a pill taken 21 days then 7 days off, pick the pack and enter the first day of the current pack. Daystrand then knows on its own which days are dose days.

Edit or delete

Tap a dose in Tracking › Doses to open its sheet. The Delete button is at the bottom; a bubble lets you undo for a few seconds.
