Control Center, Action button and Siri
Check a dose or start a workout without looking for the app.
Control Center
- Open Control Center and tap + at the top left.
- Tap Add a Control and search for Daystrand.
- Pick Prise faite, Ajouter un aliment or Commencer une séance.
The Action button
In your iPhone's Settings › Action Button › Controls, pick a Daystrand control.
Siri and Shortcuts
Say for example "Hey Siri, Prise faite in Daystrand". The same actions are in the Shortcuts app.
